It is our framework for guiding, measuring and evaluating the health, safety, and environmental performance of the companies. The Crisis Management team is a dedicated and skilled team providing emergency preparedness and crisis management services in a safe and cost-effective manner. All actions are consistent with the requirements, objectives, and interests of Motiva. The Crisis management system includes the following components: - A National Response Team consisting of approximately 205 staff members from Motiva Services, all business units, and Westhollow Technology Center.
- A Houston Support Center supports "initial response" to certain types of incidents that may occur at a Motiva facility. This team annually conducts Tier One drills at all of Motiva's major facilities.
